These Terms govern your use of ZoBud mobile apps, website, and related services.

ZoBud is a wellness and productivity tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using ZoBud, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use ZoBud. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Service Features and AI
ZoBud includes task management, focus sessions, progress tracking, and optional AI-assisted features such as task analysis, task breakdown, and voice transcription.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before acting on them.
Voice input sends audio to ZoBud servers and configured AI providers for transcription.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Subscription Plans and Duration
ZoBud offers auto-renewable subscription plans, such as monthly and yearly plans. Available plans are shown in the app before you purchase. In some regions, we may also offer a one-time lifetime purchase that does not auto-renew.
Pricing Disclosure
Subscription prices are displayed in the app before checkout. Prices may vary by region, currency, taxes, and local store rules.
Apple Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the selected plan rate.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Free Trials and Billing Access
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. All subscription billing is handled by Apple, and ZoBud does not receive your full Apple billing details.
Refunds and Consumer Rights
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, including EU consumer protection rights.

ZoBud and its content, including software, branding, design, and features, are owned by ZoBud and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, ZoBud is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoBud and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches, abuse, fraud, or security risk. You may stop using ZoBud at any time and can request account deletion in app settings.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
